- For eligible warranty claims, customers may bear two-way courier charges where permitted by the manufacturer's policy and applicable law.
- Warranty claims must be reported with relevant photos, details and proof of purchase.
- Record an unboxing video to help verify damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items.
- Report delivery issues promptly, preferably has soon as possiable .
- Customer-requested size, colour or fitment exchanges are subject to eligibility and stock availability.
- For eligible customer-requested exchanges, both-way courier charges are payable by the customer.
- If we supply the wrong or defective product, applicable remedies will be provided as required by law.
- Cancellation before dispatch is subject to order status and applicable law.
- After dispatch, actual courier or return-to-origin charges may apply where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
- Payment gateway fees may not be refunded to us after a transaction is reversed.
