1. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
2. Please check the size, colour, bike model and fitment before ordering.
3. Manufacturer warranty applies only as per the official company's terms.
4. Not all products carry a warranty or guarantee.
5. Warranty claims require the original invoice and may require product inspection.
6. Warranty approval, repair or replacement depends on the manufacturer's policy.
7. Damage from accidents, misuse, improper fitting or unauthorised modification may not be covered.
8. For eligible warranty claims, customers may bear two-way courier charges where permitted by the manufacturer's policy and applicable law.
9. Warranty claims must be reported with relevant photos, details and proof of purchase.
10. Record an unboxing video to help verify damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items.
11. Report delivery issues promptly, preferably has soon as possiable .
12. Customer-requested size, colour or fitment exchanges are subject to eligibility and stock availability.
13. For eligible customer-requested exchanges, both-way courier charges are payable by the customer.
14. If we supply the wrong or defective product, applicable remedies will be provided as required by law.
15. Cancellation before dispatch is subject to order status and applicable law.
16. After dispatch, actual courier or return-to-origin charges may apply where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
17. Payment gateway fees may not be refunded to us after a transaction is reversed.
18. Any payment-processing fee deduction from a customer's refund must be legally permitted and properly disclosed.
19. Eligible store credit may be offered instead of a monetary refund with the customer's agreement.
20. Any Electrical product will not come with any warranty or guarantee .                      
21. Store Wallet credit is valid for at least 6 months, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated when issued.
22. Refunds, returns, exchanges and warranty claims remain subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
23. Customers must provide correct contact details and a complete delivery address.

25. Governing Law: Indian law applies. Subject to applicable law, competent courts in Hubballi, Karnataka, shall have jurisdiction, without restricting customers' statutory consumer rights.
